感染症による社会の大変動はまだまだ終息のきざしが見えませんね。
ただ、欧米社会ではこれは既存のインフルエンザ並みとの判断から
社会経済活動の全面的な復元を志向してきていると思います。
岸田政権でも「２類から５類へ」とアドバルーン観測記事発表の動きがあり
感染症対応レベルを変えようと志向していることが見られる。
そもそも世界がこの感染症で大混乱する中で
ヨーロッパ世界で戦争が勃発するという危機が出来して
相対的な危機認識レベルで感染症対応が劣後的な関心事項になってきた。
プーチン独裁権力の剥き出しの暴力性が世界を覚醒させつつある。
危機のレベルが別次元に変異してしまった。
ヨーロッパが震源地ということでアジアはやや遠いけれど、
情報化世界ではその認識格差は少ない。

という趨勢ですが、まだまだ社会経済活動はきびしい制約のもとにある。
こういう感染症対応が迫られて以降、経済活動の中で
「情報交流」というものが占めていた重要性が再認識された。
多くの同業的立場の人間が集まって話し合う中から、共通の認識・課題が見え
自分の身の回りの事象に対しての「判断基準」をリアルに確立できる。
そういったリアルな経済認識を共有する機会として
業界ごとの「会合」が重要なツールだったことが明白になった。
ほぼ自分と同じ環境の中で違う人間がどのような判断をしているのか、
ふとした会話の中から自分の判断基準を再点検することができる。
そこに貴重な「気付き」を得ることができる。
業界の会合ではもちろん特定の共通の時事的なテーマというものはあるけれど、
そういった部分を越えて、さまざまな気付きを得られる機会。

きのうは２年間まともに会合できなかった住宅建築の北海道の情報交換会、
アース21の2022年度のキックオフ年次総会。
どのような参加状況かという確認もあってリアルに参加。
おおむね80人のメンバーのうち、30人ほどの参加状況。
ただし、大きなポイントになる「懇親会」はやはり開催できず、
通常総会の審議事項、確認事項に限定した内容でした。
しかしそれでもいろいろな立場のみなさんが参集するので
それなりに情報交換ができて、いかにも活動再起動といった感じでしょうか。
短時間・限定的なものではありましたが、いくつか、
今後のポイントになるであろうことも萌芽的に見えても来た。
こういう「手掛かりの実感」というのはきわめて重要。
多数の人の言葉の端のニュアンス、感じ方の受容には
共通の今現在の課題というものが発露していると思います。
こういうヒントを大切にして経済活動を動かしていくべきでしょうね。
