【存続の正念場〜朝日新聞10年で部数半減】



昨日ようやく出張から札幌まで帰還。
1週間を超える出張で東京主体の出張だと感覚の標準モノサシが変わる。
わたしは大学・社会人初期に8年超の東京在住・都心勤続経験があり、
その後も出張での往復経験があるので、
日常感はスイッチのON-OFFみたいな感覚であり続けている。
イマドキの「2地域居住」という人間行動選択肢を身を以て感じているのでしょう。
大学が渋谷にあったので周辺地域の空気感に慣れもあるのですが
最近は恵比寿から広尾方面、日本画の美術館「山種美術館」が
定期参観ポイント化しているのですぐ近接する校舎建築は変わっても
大学キャンパスには足が自然に向いて「学食」で若い人たちの様子に触れるのが
自分確認のひとつの通過習慣化しています(笑)。
そういった習慣を持ち続けているのはありがたいことだと思っています。
一種の東京での句読点的なホーム感なのでしょうか。
山種美術館での日本画鑑賞が最大の娯楽を提供してくれている・・・。
小学1年生の時に描いた絵が、あるコンクールで受賞経験があり
今回も参観しながら、映像ビジュアルと自分の生き方の関連に思いが至って
しばし、内省的な時間を過ごさせていただいた。

おっと、本日のテーマとはかなり乖離のあるイントロ(笑)。
図は朝日新聞の「発行部数減少率」と読売の同数字との比較図。
結果として、朝日新聞は400万部を割り込み10年で部数半減の事実です。
見ていると特異年2015年には例の福島原発「吉田調書」報道のウソで
社長が引責辞任した事件がその前年にあったのですが、
それに反発した読者が大量に離反したけれど、
その後も一貫して減少は加速してきている。
直近2022年の発表ではついに2ケタの大台を軽くクリアしている。
一方で新聞社同業の読売新聞の減少率はそこまでではない。
とくにこの1年での減少率では読売の3倍近くになった。
2015年の減少には前述の因果関係が特定できるだろうけれど、
その年の読売の減少率もほぼ半分程度はあったので、
2022年の読売4.2:朝日11.6という減少率の乖離には
しっかりとした分析が必要だろうと思われますね。
たしかに新聞の紙の商品の減衰は世界共通ではあるけれど、
世界のメディアはバラツキはありつつも
成功してきている媒体はみなWEBの稼ぎ領域を伸ばしている。
わたしどものような雑誌メディアもWEB領域が急伸してきている現実。
基本的にWEB比率を50%以上にするというのが世界のメディア企業の目標。
朝日新聞はその新規領域でも非常にキビシイとされています。
このままの加速度が維持されると今後5年程度でショッキングな事態もあり得る。
まぁ新聞メディアとして政府側から用地取得への便宜提供を受けた
都心一等地の不動産資産が安定収益源であるので
企業としては安定しているのかも知れませんが、
しかしそうであれば本業の人員はほぼ必要がなくなる。・・・
いよいよ正念場という状況なのではと危惧しております。

【ジャパンホームショー最終日・打上げ意見交換】



昨日は朝1番で別件1件のアポを都内で済ませたあと、
最終日のジャパンホームショーに戻りました。
その後、客足の衰える夕方4時過ぎくらいまでは
途中、進行中案件の打合せもあったのですが、
ひっきりなしの会話ラッシュでアタマの整理整頓も追いつかないほど。
今回出展はじっくり説明の必要なAI活用での新事業のご案内ということで
ごく控えめなデコレーションでのご案内にもかかわらず、
多くのみなさんがその内容に興味を持って頂き
強い関心を持っていただけたと深く感謝します。
3日間の会期中に名刺交換は都合70名以上に上り、
その他、名刺交換のない旧知のみなさんとの再会もほぼ同数程度。
前後しての会場外での出会いも多数あったので、
人間関係づくり・再構築としては非常にコスパのいい機会となりました。
今後、札幌に戻ってからいろいろ頂いたご意見を整理して
企画内容に反映させていきたいと思います。

で、会場内で建築知識ビルダーズ・木藤編集長とバッタリ。
今回の出展について10日前くらいに一斉にお知らせしたなかにお名前があり、
さっそくの返信で最終日・エコハウス大賞のイベント開催との知らせ。
終了後の「懇親会」のお誘いがあったので、
疲労困憊の最後の気力を振り絞って参加させていただきました。
エコハウス大賞については建築知識ビルダーズのHPなどをご覧ください。
ただ、開催から回数を重ねてきているけれど、
北海道の関係者には参加への強い動機が持ちにくいイベントではある。
行ってみたら懇親会も北海道人はわたしひとり。
要素技術としての省エネは北海道では完全に地域に根付いているので
その技術要素でユーザーに強くアピールするという必要性に乏しい。
そういう意味では市場環境に於いて寒冷地と温暖地とのギャップが
拡大しているというようにも思われます。
北海道では断熱や気密といった要素技術啓蒙についてほぼ30-40年前くらいが
ピーク時期で、その意識はユーザーも含めて社会に普遍化している。
その上でどういった暮らし方が求められているか、というように
作り手の感度センサーは働いているのだと思います。
日本列島で特異な積雪寒冷という条件下でどういう「シアワセ」があるか、
そういう探究がビルダーには求められているとも言えるでしょうか。
冬の寒さに耐え抜く、不自由をガマンする、みたいな心象風景から
「拡張した花鳥風月」を積極的に住宅としてどう楽しめるのか、
そんな部分が戸建て住宅の作り手には求められていると思うのです。
家の外では寒さも厳しいけれど雪景色は無上に美しくもある。
そして家の中では外気をまったく意識しない、良いいごこちが保たれている。

こういう部分でのコミュニケーションギャップは確かにあり、
いまのところ、この点は放置されてきているともいえる。
今後の「課題」とも言えるのかも知れません。さて。

【再会・出会い・情報交流 in ジャパンホームショー】




昨日も引き続き「Replan住まいナビ」情報拡散のために営為PR活動。
なんですが、中日ということからか、客足はやや鈍化。
一昨日は初参加にもかかわらず、猫の手も借りたかったのですが、
他のブースや講演会などに聴講参加もできる状態でした。

ということでしたが、ややゆとりがあったことで
普段なら時間をかけてアポしなければならないような人と遭遇できる。
集団討論会的なイベント講師参加のリクルートの池本洋一さんと再会。
新建ハウジングのイベント会場でなんと一番前の席で聴講できた。
・・・まぁ、それくらい人出が少なめであった証明。
池本さんとは、もうかれこれ7−8年前以来。
氏は最近はいろいろなテレビメディアなどに住宅コメンテーターとして
出演されるようになっていますが、わたしが初めてお目に掛かったのは
まだそういう露出はまったくされていなかった頃。
ただFacebookのアカウントは開かれていて、
「そういうことなら」ということで友だちになった経緯。
わたし的には業界の巨人企業リクルートさんの動向を聞かせて頂きたく
当時東京駅八重洲口すぐ隣の高層オフィスの懐深く飛び込んだ。
「三木さんは商売敵だから(笑)」みたいなジャブを浴びつつ
めげずに深層的な対話を隔意なくさせていただいて嬉しかったものです。
その後、あの緑のスーモキャラと同色の服を心がけるほどに
広告塔的な役割もこなされながら活躍されていることをはるかに側聞。
そのあたりの動機・経緯なども目を合わせ話すと伝わってくるものがある。
会場で若干会話した後、弊社の「Replan住まいナビ」ブースにも立ち寄って頂けた。
この新事業についてもオープンな姿勢で対話できました。
今後とも情報を交換したいと申し入れたところこころよく対応姿勢を示された。
隔意ないその対応に深く感謝いたします。

その後の講演会場では一地方メディアとしての弊誌Replanに
連載記事をもう10年近く執筆頂いている東大准教授の前真之先生と久々遭遇。
新建ハウジング・YKKさんと協働される「性能向上リノベ」の討論会。
広報資料的にまとめられた内容ではなくそのコンセプトの核心について、
討論対話のなかから浮かび上がってくるものがわかる。
「性能向上リノベ」の現在地点の状況と、そのさきがけになっている
東京・西東京市の有力ビルダー、岡庭建設の池田氏とも知遇を得られました。
前真之先生には事前に「Replan住まいナビ」の経緯もお知らせしているので
「ブースに行きます」という言葉も頂きました。
今回の新事業については北海道大学工学部のAI研究のみなさんと
同じ北海道大学工学部の室内環境系の森太郎先生が深く関与していただいたので
新住協の鎌田紀彦先生からも深い興味を示されたように
前先生にもご意見を伺わせていただきたいと願っていたところ。
先生は本日も講演会参加予定なのでその前後の時間から
こういった「交流」をはじめたいと思います。
・・・ということで大変大きな「ひと儲け」ができました。感謝。

【ジャパンホームショー「Replan住まいナビ」情報拡散】



昨日東京ビッグサイトでのジャパンホームショー初日で終日PR活動。
やはり日本最大の住宅専門イベントらしく全国から多くのみなさんが来場。
多くの旧知のみなさんも顔を見せてくださっていましたが、
はるかに多くの新しい出会いの機会がのべつ幕なしで連続します。
決して派手なディスプレイ装飾でもない地味なブースですが、
それでも多くのみなさんが注意深く足を止めてくださり
話すウチに「面白い着眼の企画ですね・・・」と言ってくださり
資料を求められていきます。
1名のスタッフは会場外でのアポイントが入っていて
出たり入ったりで、わたしを含め3人のスタッフで応対させて頂きましたが、
こういった新規の出会いの機会を全国を歩いて自ら求めていくとすれば
たいへんな労力と時間がかかるものと思います。
「地域型メディア」ではありますが、WEBが主戦場での新・情報メディアツール。
3日間の間で名刺は200枚くらい持参していますが
初日だけでかなり減ってしまった・・・。途中からこのことに気付いて
なるべくスタッフに説明・名刺交換を引き継ぐことにして
わたしはどちらかというと「ファーストコンタクト」係を担っていました。

来場者は日本国内が主流ではありますが、
その他のアジア地域からの来場者も多いようで、
わたしが対応しただけでも4組のみなさんと遭遇。
「a,chottodake speak English・・・」みたいなボディトーク主体で対応。
これはこれでテンションがぐっと上がる。
なかなか出てこない英単語ですが(笑)少し慣れてくると
「なんとなく伝わるだろう」くらいの英単語で切り抜けてみる。
そうすると予想以上の笑いの取れる好反応(笑)。
考えて見るとコミュニケーションではそういう部分の方が大切で
具体的な「商談」みたいなものはメールで十分に成立する。
それよりも「こいつは憎めないヤツだ」くらいの掴みのほうが重要。
ファーストコンタクトなので「Please mail talking」みたいな対応。
日本語名刺だけ用意していましたが、本日は英文表記の名刺も持参予定。
さて、今日明日と2日間でどれくらいの新規接触があるか、
一期一会からの情報交換発展が見通せていくか、興味津々であります。

夕方閉場後、スタッフと打ち合わせを兼ねて新橋で会食。
わたしは神さま好きなので、スタッフを連れて「烏森神社」に久々参拝。
けっこう好きなポイントで新橋での食事ではまずはこの地神さまへご挨拶。
「こんな神社が歓楽街ど真ん中にあるんだ・・・」との驚愕ぶり。
たしかに周辺のネオンサインの洪水の中では神社の神々しさは格別。
「烏森神社」らしく出会いに感謝しつつ商売繁盛を深く祈願していました(笑)。

【東京ビッグサイト「ジャパンホームショー」東4会場に出展】




本日26日から28日までの3日間、ジャパンホームショー出展。
昨日仙台で2件の要件を済ませた後、
午後から東京に移動して1件のアポを処理して前泊であります。
既報のようにきのう朝、突然iPhoneの画面がブラックアウトしていたのですが、
その後、カミさんと連携して対応策を練って仙台駅前のレスキューショップに。
で、診てもらったところすぐに回復して機能復元(!)。
「あんまり診断とかしてもいない・・・」ということでしたが、
どうやら前日宿泊のホテルで提供の延長コンセントケーブルが
どうも「電気的軽症ショック」を与えていたようで、
診断に入る前にちょっと操作したらすぐに機能復元したのだと言うこと。

ということで、本日から3日間、ほぼ缶詰めで東京ビッグサイトに。
一昨日には仙台の新住協本部に鎌田紀彦先生を訪問して
北方型住宅ZEROについてのご意見ヒアリングと並行して
今回出展の「Replan住まいナビ」についてのご意見を承りました。
「断熱気密が自分の専門領域ではあるけれど、ユーザーの家づくり支援では
こういった志向性は面白いし有意義。今後このAIを基礎に活用して
協働していける部分が大いに考えられるね」というありがたいご指摘。
具体的なサジェストもいただいたので、その方向を目指したいと思っています。
さらにこのブログでご紹介してから多くのみなさんから会場へ来訪の返答。
基本骨格が固まった段階ですが、しかし今後の「ブラッシュアップ」では
全国のビルダーのみなさんや研究者のご協力や意見反映が欠かせません。
せっかくの国費助成での事業再構築なので、
少しでもユーザーの家づくり利便性向上、機能発展への業界からのご助力を受けて
よりパブリックな「プラットフォーム」にしていきたいと考えています。
今回の公開、情報拡散がこのような方向になるきっかけになれば幸いです。

しかし「会場案内図」が主催の日本能率協会から発出されたのはようやく一昨日。
たいへん多くの出展なので会場で「迷子」の可能性もある(笑)。
案内図をネジリ鉢巻きで凝視してようやく当方のブース位置確認できたところ。

アイリスオーヤマさんのブースの斜め向かい側のカド位置。

【緊急事態発生 iPhoneがブラックアウト(泣)】


今週は仙台に来てから東京に移動しての出張ウィーク。
しかしながら頼れる情報のツール相棒、iPhoneにふと目をやったら
画面が黒くなっている・・・。
強制再起動させてみたけれど、ウンともスンとも言わない。
いまは毎朝の日課、ブログの執筆時間の午前5時。
ショップに持ち込むにしても、開店は10時。
で、本日は仙台市内で用件が2件あって、その後新幹線で東京移動。
東京でも面談日程が1件予定が入っている。
iPhoneをお店で診てもらっても、応急処置で復活対応可能ならばいいけど、
そうでなく修理が必要と言うことになったら、仙台・東京では
こちら側の対応の仕方・条件が難しすぎる。
出張時でのビジネスとしてはあるときはカーナビになったり、
スケジュール確認、連絡などなどiPhoneなしでは前提がすべて崩れる。
思い知らされるデジタルデバイス依存状況ですね。

まことに緊急事態発生というところですが、
札幌であれば落ち着いてあれこれの対処方法は考えられるけれど
出張時にこういうのはまことに絶体絶命・・・。
まぁしかし、絶望は愚か者の結論という格言に沿って
すこしづつ匍匐前進的に「いまできること」を積み重ねていくしかない。
ということで一番最初に始めようと思ったのは、メモを取るという対応。
通常はデジタル手段にすっかり依存しているけれど、
そのナカミについて手書きで一々の対応手段、連絡先などを書いていく。
そしてMacの方は問題が無いので、こちらをコントロール手段化する。
Macには大方のiPhone格納データのバックアップが同期している。
それらを常時ウォッチしながら、各所と連絡を取れるようにする。
当面の連絡手段のスマホについては、どういう入手対応策があるか
本日の行動スケジュールに沿って整理整頓して
その条件下での連絡手段入手方法を具体的に、臨機応変に編み出していくしかない。

どうも最近、因果応報的にデジタルデバイスの「思わぬこと」が
わたしには頻発しております(笑)。
昔の環境を思い起こせば、それなりの対応策は考えられなくはない。
こういう事態がたびたび重なってくるのは
なにかのサインを表しているのでしょう。落ち着いて考えて見たい。

【札幌でカモメの捕食行動 弱肉強食の自然の掟】



毎朝の散歩道ではわが家周辺の「発寒川」公園緑地が

そういう様子と遭遇することが多い。
空を飛んでいる様子ではかれらの捕食行動はあんまりわからないけれど、
川の周囲ではときどきその捕食行動を目の当たりにする。
カラスと違ってやや穏やかな棲息ぶりを想像することが多いけれど、
写真のように捕食行動ではカラス並みの行動ぶりが明らかであります。
まぁ当然だけれど、その目線を凝視するとなかなかの精悍、獰猛さを感じる。
殺気をその目線から放っている・・・。
やや大型の魚が餌食になった様子を淡々とカメラに収めた次第。
弱肉強食の自然の摂理は都市環境の中でも貫徹されている。

きのう出張移動を始めた前後から、写真のような光景が世界中に配信。

政治権力闘争的な状況はよく知りませんが、弱肉強食的な生々しさ。
なかなかに激烈なことがこういう情報配信から伝わってくる。
毛沢東の権力集中・文化大革命という悲劇を生んだことから、
中国なりの権力の開明化が進むと世界資本主義体制は「期待」したけれど、
どうも時計の針は再び大きく暗転しつつあるのかも知れません。
外国メディアの目の前で公然と前権力トップを強制排除するとは。
どうも宮廷革命状況がこの現代で起こったのではないかと推測。
中国のことは中国自身が決めていくしかないでしょうが、
他国からすると現代世界の行方にも関わることで注目せざるを得ない。
衝撃の大きさに比べアメリカなどの反応はいまのところ、それほど出ていない。
一応内政的なことなので他国政府としてはコメントしにくいのでしょう。
しかし、こういう映像が平然と流れる違和感、怖い政体という認識が
世界に認識共有されることに平然とした国であることは伝わる。
政治経済的な混乱・危機が世界に影響する可能性は高い。
日本の政治経済にも今後の不透明要素になってくることでしょうね。

さて昨日は久しぶりに仙台へ移動しました。
感染症の蔓延があり一方でテレワークなどの環境整備が進んで
社内的コミュニケーションは不足なくできるので出張は控えていました。
しかし今回仙台事務所を移転させたこともあって、整理整頓での出張。
久しぶりの仙台の空気感に懐かしさも感じている次第です。

【日本人の審美感と建築「風土」】



本日から1週間、札幌から仙台、東京と移動出張ウィーク。
ずいぶんたくさんの移動を経験してきたけれど、
わたしの父親やその先の先祖の事跡をたどることが時々あって、その結果、
どっちかというと農民的定置生活よりも、移動交流型の印象が濃い。
血は争えないのかなぁと時々思うことがある(笑)。

移動するとそれぞれの地域で違った風景体験を得る。
日本人の風景体験でやはりいちばん大きいのは富士山のような
独立型火山に対する「山岳信仰」に根ざした美意識ではないだろうか。
上の写真は北海道のニセコ地域の象徴、羊蹄山。
周辺地域のなかで一種独特の立ち位置にあり、地域のシンボル。
天智帝期の武官・地方豪族、阿倍比羅夫による北海道進攻に際して地名として
「後方羊蹄」という漢字記述で「シリベシ」と読ませることが
日本史初見として歴史舞台に登場する。
ヤマト政権側の正史記録でもこの羊蹄山に対しての独特な感覚が読み取れる。
語彙的には後方という部分を人体の「シリ」と婉曲表現したとされるけれど、
だったら、どうして「ベシ」で羊蹄になるのか腑に落ちない。
語源としてアイヌ地名があったのかどうか・・・。
が、日本人には西蝦夷地を象徴する山岳地形としての記憶刷り込みになった。
いま、現代多くの欧米人、アジア人を惹き付けている当地の魅力のなかで
この独特の独立火山の美感も与っているに違いないと思っている。
富士山によく似た感じの山岳として、岩木山以北では日本ではこれなのだろう。

一方で、日本の建築では多雨気候への対応として
屋根の美感が追究されてきたのではないかと思っています。
下の写真は以前見た「房総の村」での農村舞台。
広場に観衆が座って、この舞台の上で祭礼時などに芸能が挙行され
都から流行の空気感を伝える舞台文化が拡散されていった。
しかしそれ以上に、舞台という「見せる空間」として水平方向の広がりが追究された。
この舞台建築ではたぶん6間幅で左右空間を「飛ばして」いる。
柱を省略して水平感が強調される印象。
構造補強的に野太い梁が見えている。
潜在意識的な同期性として、独立火山地形がアナロジーできる。
そこから屋根形状が建築物理と雨仕舞の検討の結果、
ふさわしい「納まり」として傾斜角度が決定されていったけれど、
そのときに独立火山のカタチが潜在意識から選択されたように思われる。
っていうか、物理にごく素直な選択が自然とも同期する、ということか。

やはり風土の中で選択された「ふつう」の感覚には
非常に高い蓋然性がそこに託されている、というように思い至っている。

という建築家の建築がニセコに最近建てられたということで、
わたしはまったく予備知識なく、カミさんに引きずり回されて参観。

建物は平屋で、平面形状はなだらかな曲線形。
ニセコという、いまや日本ではなく多国籍化したような場所に建っている。
北海道の風景というのは札幌のような局所では機能集中的な部分と
それ以外の基本的に伸びやかであったり、厳しかったりする
あんまり加工されていない背景が得られる。
この建物は接道する国道5号線からはいったん側道のような道に下りて
すぐに右折して砂利道に進入するような配置。
いまのところ、なのか、意図的なのかはよくわかりません。
駐車スペースはあるけれど、舗装はされていなくて
緑の芝生に対して遠慮気味に脇に置かれている。
ということで、正面外観的には緑の芝生越しに小さな入口がひっそりと見える。
店内に入っていくと、一応カフェメニューがあるけれど、
メインは美容ブランド拠点という機能建築であることがわかる。
構造は木造で廊下のような内部スペースが、並行して流れている小川に対して
それと対話するかのように配置されていることがわかる。
できる限り自然の呼吸感と同期するような意図を感じさせられる。
わたしはよく商品を知りませんが、きっとそういうコンセプトが
この美容ブランドのアピールポイントなのだろうと思えました。

ふだんはなにげに「なんもないな」とクルマからドライブするだけの景色。
しかしこういう建築がそこに置かれることで
対比的に風景と土地感が切り取られて感受されてくる。
お店に滞在している時間、来店してくるのはほぼアベック&若い女性グループ。
「キャー、めっちゃいくね?」
みたいなちょっと関西訛りの3人の若い女性たちなど微笑ましい。
そういう空気感、ようやく行動制限が緩和されてきて
久しぶりに北海道らしい自然と日本社会の関係性が復元してきている。
ニセコ地域ではこれからの渡航制限の撤廃などを受けて
これまでの「多国籍化」がもっと拍車がかかるような雰囲気も感じます。

ここのところ、一気に情報交流の堰が切られてきて
たくさんの人と対話することが増えてきて
多少、ヒートアップ気味。週末からは東北・東京へ。

さて来週に迫ってきました。北方地域の住宅雑誌+WEBメディアの弊社ながら、
東京で開催の日本能率協会主催「ジャパンホームショー2022」に出展します。
このショーは日本最大規模の住宅関係のプロのための情報提供機会。
毎年、大体10,000人くらいが参集されるという規模のショー。
え、地方零細出版社がなんで?という当然の疑問でありますが、
実は2021年11月の経産省・事業再構築補助金の事業応募で採択され、
2022年3月に国費補助が正式決定した新事業領域の広報であります。
当然ながら、弊社事業もこれまでの紙媒体中心の範囲から、
WEB中心のカタチに大きく領域形態は変化してきている。
そういうなかコミュニケーションのコアは一貫して住宅写真。
地域の実際の家づくりと暮らしを高断熱高気密住宅の実例を中心に、
わかりやすい住宅写真ストックを大量に蓄積してきています。
よく家づくりの具体的プランニングを始めたら、
ユーザーはたくさんの雑誌の切り抜き「実例写真」を提示すると言われます。
リアリティがあり住みごこちまで伝わる写真ツールは最良のコミュニケーション。
やはり住宅を伝える、伝わるのは視覚的一挙伝達に勝るものはない。
高断熱高気密住宅の進化発展を地域といっしょに見つめ続けてきたReplanだから
その撮影した写真には、施主さんのいごこちへの思いとか、
審美性、暮らしやすさ、楽しさという要素が「込められている」。
その住宅写真のなかから使用許諾を受けたものをWEBデータベースとして公開し
直感的な住宅選びの手段として提供します。
そして、その住宅写真を選び取っていく過程でユーザーの「好み」を
AI技術で分析把握して、ユーザーの空間選択に役立てようという狙い。
いわば直感性と最新のAI技術を組み合わせて、あらたな住宅選択のツールを
提供したい、という事業骨子なのです。
最大ポイントは人間の直感力にAIという最新人工知能がどこまで役立てられるか。

国の決定を受けて以降、北海道大学工学部の関連周辺のみなさんから
AI開発や建築工学的視点からの調査活動協力なども賜って
ようやく基本骨子が確定。いまは最終の動作チェック段階ではありますが、
今回のジャパンホームショーというイベント機会を捉えて情報拡散します。

その出展準備活動で手一杯のところだったのですが昨日既報の通り、
鎌田紀彦-鈴木大隆対論も徹底取材敢行と頭はてんやわんやでしたが(笑)
なんとか、イベント準備も進められています。
事業領域がWEB上ですので、やはり地域エリアは日本語文化圏全域・全国。
これまで高断熱高気密住宅の実例中心に取材してきたReplanですが、
全国でもいま、高性能住宅への理解・ニーズの拡大は顕著になっている。
そういう意味で今回のイベント出展で多くのビルダーのみなさんに
大いに広報拡散していきたいと思います。

リアルな出会いに期待。会場での出展者名は「Replan住まいナビ」
「住所」はブース番号「E4-T10」とのこと。
ジャパンホームショーのHPでは出展ブース地図は発見できませんでしたが、
コーナーとしては「IoT・デジタル技術ゾーン」ということです。
弊社からはわたしを含めて4名のスタッフで対応に当たります。
ぜひ多くのみなさんと情報交流を期待しています。
