芙蓉台という名前が気に入っております。
日本語で読むのもいいし、プヨンデと韓国式に呼ぶのもいい。
〜河回村をひと目で見渡すことのできる高さ64メートルの絶壁。
芙蓉台という名は中国の故事からで芙蓉はハスの花を意味するという。
河回村の全体鳥瞰・姿がハスの花のようであることに由来しており、
河回村をもっともよく眺められることから芙蓉台と名付けられた。〜
ということなのですが、日本語では芙蓉は富士山に通じる。
凜としてなおなだらかという全体の容姿に対しての尊称に近い。
いちばん上の写真ではゴツゴツとした岩肌の荒々しさと、
しかし全体のカタチはなだらかでまるで富士山の外観造形に近い。
どうも東アジア人にはこういった容姿が好まれるのだろうか。
隣国の人々の民族のこころのコア部分を見る思いがする。
そして日本人との同質性も感受することができる。

いま、外交関係としての日韓関係は非常にメンドイ。
長い歴史経緯を経ているので、あまりにも多くの紆余曲折があって、
感情面が強くなって相対的に理性的対応が難しいのだと思う。
「反日」という教育指針を戦後ずっと据えてきていることが最大の弊害か。
河回村を探訪しての記録をしっかり検証することなく過ごし
現実の日韓関係の困難もあって、なかば遺失物のように感じていた。
今回、取り組みはじめてみるとその奥行きの深さに驚かされる。
やはりもし日本人が日本にいられなくなるとしたら、朝鮮半島が
いちばん自分のアイデンティティに近しいと感じるだろう。
逆はどうであるかはよくわからないけれど。
対中国国家という側面から考えると、きわめて近似した共有感情がある。
日本は海を隔てた列島国家なので欧米とも普通に付き合いできる。
「普通に」接することができる対外関係、というものを
日本人は欧米との交流の中で深く味わってきたのではないだろうか。
半島国家はそこまでドライに対応することはできないだろうことは
よく理解出来る。同じ国際情勢の中で対応が違うのは無理がない。
なんといっても嫌われ者のジャイアンと地続きで接しなければならない宿命。
また、ジャイアンはジャイアンで朝鮮に対しては肩越しにものを言う習慣が
歴史的な態度として根付いてしまっている。
一方日本に対しては欧米やロシアなど、広い国際社会への警戒心が働く。
日本は従属関係強要の中国のくびきからの自由を維持し続けてきた。
このあたりベトナムと朝鮮の関係というのも興味深い。
ベトナムは中国と正面切って戦争をやってきて一歩も引かない。

この河回村体験検証から、非常に複眼的な視野が見えてきたと思う。
機会があれば、また行ってみたいなと深く思っております。
はやくコロナ禍が終わって欲しい、強く念願。

[Landscape of Puyongdae Reminiscences of Andong Hahoe Village, South Korea-18]
I like the name Fuyodai.
You can read it in Japanese, or you can call it Puyoungdae in Korean style.

The name Fuyodai comes from a Chinese story, and Fuyo means a lotus flower.
It is derived from the fact that the bird’s-eye view and appearance of Andong Hahoe Village is like a lotus flower.
It was named Fuyodai because it gives the best view of Andong Hahoe Village. ~
That being said, in Japanese, Fuyo leads to Mt. Fuji.
It is close to the honorific title for the overall appearance of being dignified and gentle.

I wonder if East Asians like this look.
I think I see the core part of the ethnic hearts of the people of the neighboring countries.
And you can feel the homogeneity with Japanese people.

Now, Japan-South Korea relations as diplomatic relations are very difficult.
It’s been a long history, so there are so many twists and turns,
I think that the emotional aspect becomes stronger and it is relatively difficult to respond rationally.
Is it the biggest harmful effect that the educational guideline of “anti-Japanese” has been set for a long time after the war?

Due to the difficulties of the actual Japan-Korea relations, I felt that it was a lost item.
This time, when I first started working on it, I was amazed at the depth.
After all, if Japanese people can’t stay in Japan, the Korean Peninsula

I’m not sure how the opposite is.
From the perspective of a nation with China, there are very similar shared feelings.
Since Japan is an archipelago nation across the sea, it can be associated with Europe and the United States normally.
An external relationship that you can interact with “normally”
I think the Japanese have deeply enjoyed it through exchanges with Europe and the United States.
The peninsula nation will not be able to cope so dry
