天気予報は「ちょっと危険方向」にアラートするのでしょうね、たぶん。自分が予報する立場だったら、そういう方向で情報発信するだろうと思うので、ムリもないと思います。
　十勝の方では春の大雪になったとのこと、どうも太平洋側に被害集中したでしょうか。
　さかんな大雪アラートだったのけれど、昨日はシトシト系のみぞれ模様で推移の札幌。道路上にもほとんど積雪せず、地面に着くと同時に水溶する「春の淡雪」でした。
　一方目を転じて、アメリカ・イスラエルによるイラン攻撃事態。エネルギー輸送の最大関門地域ホルムズ海峡の状況ではさまざまな動きが出て、当面石油価格の高騰が避けられそうにない。
　そもそもイランはまともな「政権意思」をいま、持てているのかも不明。
　国際社会へ「これがイランの国家意志」というメッセージが届いていない。国家意思を国民に強制する武力である軍隊の指揮命令系統すら、誰もハンドリングできていない可能性が高い。
　石油輸送の国際的保険機構からはいまは「無保険」アラートが発出されているようで、それを押して航行するタンカーもあり得ないと思う。経済のキモの安全性が担保されない状況。庶民としては遠出を控えてクルマのガソリン節約がいまは適切かも知れません。せめてもの生活防衛策。
　こういう状況の中で、日本は高市政権が強い支持を得て安定政権となっていることは、世界情勢の中でもひとつの安定要因にはなっているでしょう。剥き出しのパワハラ的世界情勢の中で、国益を保つ努力は最重要なポイント。折しも3月19日には米国のトランプ大統領とホワイトハウスで会談予定の高市訪米は、非常に重要なものになる。自由主義陣営G7主要国首脳として最初の国際外交日程。予測が難しいトランプ政権への向き合い方のなかでどう国益をしっかり保全するか。まことに綱渡りの局面。さらにトランプは3月31日〜4月2日中国を訪問する予定。
　そういう外交日程に、超「予測不能」な環境が設定された。
　「戦後」世界が根源的に壊れているなかで、日本はどのように国益を保全できるか？本来であれば、こういう機微なテーマこそ国会で論議すべきではないだろうか？　まぁ、ムリだろうけど。・・・

　The weather forecast probably issues alerts leaning toward the “slightly dangerous” side, I suppose. If I were in their position, I’d likely communicate information that way too, so I don’t blame them.
I hear heavy spring snow hit the Tokachi region; it seems the damage concentrated on the Pacific side.
　Despite the heavy snow alerts, Sapporo saw only drizzly sleet yesterday. The roads barely accumulated snow; it was “spring’s light snow” that melted the moment it touched the ground.
Meanwhile, turning our attention to the U.S.-Israel attack on Iran. With the situation in the Strait of Hormuz, the most critical chokepoint for energy transport, various developments are unfolding, making a sharp rise in oil prices seem unavoidable for the time being.
　It’s unclear whether Iran even possesses a coherent “government will” at this point.
No message conveying “this is Iran’s national will” is reaching the international community. It’s highly likely that no one is even capable of managing the chain of command for the military – the very force used to enforce national will upon the populace.
International oil shipping insurance agencies now seem to be issuing “uninsured” alerts. I can’t imagine any tanker would dare sail under those conditions. The core security of the economy is not guaranteed. For ordinary citizens, refraining from long trips and conserving car fuel may be the appropriate course now. It’s a basic life defense measure.
Amidst this situation, the fact that Japan’s Takaichi administration has gained strong support and become a stable government is likely a stabilizing factor within the global landscape. In a world marked by blatant power harassment, the effort to preserve national interests is the most critical point. The timing is significant: Takaichi’s visit to the U.S. for talks with President Trump at the White House on March 19th is extremely important. It marks her first major international diplomatic engagement as a G7 leader representing the liberal camp. How to firmly safeguard national interests while navigating the unpredictable Trump administration? It’s truly a tightrope walk. Furthermore, Trump is scheduled to visit China from March 31st to April 2nd.
　This diplomatic schedule unfolds against an environment of extreme unpredictability.
How can Japan safeguard its national interests amid the fundamental breakdown of the “postwar” world? Shouldn’t such sensitive themes be debated in the Diet? Well, that’s probably unrealistic…
