Macの環境を変えるのにはTime Machineというアップルが提供している
丸ごと引っ越しツールを利用することで比較的容易。
しかしAdobeとかMicrosoftなどでは独自にユーザー管理ツールがあるので
ソフト利用時に思わぬ困難が惹起したりすることがある。
一々、パスワードを要求されるのでその管理が重要になる。
今回はいくつかの「通過儀礼」を問題なくクリアできて比較的に順調。
しかしまぁ、１週間程度は様子を見るために旧環境マシンもそのまま保持。
昨日も社内環境での設定変更の結果、ブラウザ変更する必要が出るなど
およそ予期し得ない事態が起こってくるのですね。

さて本日は國學院大學博物館での特別展から。
先日も書いたのですが日本画コレクションの山種美術館からやや坂道を上がると
この博物館にたどりつくのであります。わたしの東京でのホーム。
いつの頃からか、このコースが習慣化しています。
大学の博物館というのはポピュラーなのかどうか知りませんが
歴史好きなわたしとしては母校の博物館はこころの栄養源なのです。
上の写真は「寄せ木細工手法のルーツ」的な展示。以下展示説明。

＜BC1347-39＞墓出土の木製手箱にまで遡れると言われ、
その後西アジア一帯で寄せ木技術を用いた作品が確認できる。
現在知られる日本最古の寄せ木細工は中国からの請来品で法隆寺宝物など30点。
これらは西アジア地域で制作されシルクロードを伝ってもたらされた。
しかしわが国では蒔絵や螺鈿の漆工芸が好まれたためか、その後
近世後期に至るまで盛り上がらず、その後再出発したとされる。
展示の石のモザイク画はアパメア遺跡（シリアBC3世紀ころ）時代のもので、
色違いの石材で鳥の模様を描き出しており、すでに同時代に制作されていた
寄せ木細工との共通性が見いだせるものといえる。その後、寄せ木細工技術は
西アジアからヨーロッパ全土に広がった。〜・・・
ということで、ことしはじめの「ポンペイ遺跡」の建築群展示などで
こうした石のモザイク技術が駆使されたことは学んでいた。
ちょっとしたことから人類の建材技術の長い歴史の一端を知った次第。

下の写真は江戸期になって盛んになった寄せ木細工による箪笥。
以前、小田原で箱根に由来すると思える在地の寄せ木細工技術を見学したが
こういった精緻な加工技術は日本オリジナルとも思える。
中国という現代史いや、世界史全体での最大の波乱要因が惹起する現代。
日本が生き延びていくためには、やはり産業技術を基盤にするしかない。
先人たちが成し遂げてきたこういった技術をさらに現代産業のすべての分野に
応用し、活用していくことがキモなのだと思った。

Today, I would like to start with a special exhibition at the Kokugakuin University Museum.
As I wrote the other day, if you walk up a little slope from the Yamatane Museum of Art, which has a collection of Japanese paintings, you will reach this museum.

渋谷川を望む東渋谷台地には縄文時代から古墳時代の遺跡が確認されている。
台地の縁辺には古墳時代の集合墓・横穴墓群も営まれていた。
近世・近代の氷川裏（氷川神社の裏手？）には薩摩藩下屋敷や皇室御用地、
東伏見宮邸、李氏朝鮮ゆかりの邸宅群、朝鮮人女学生寮なども置かれていた。

在学時にはあんまり熱心な学生ではなかったのにはるかに時間を経て
ときどき、東京出張時には散策するようになった時空超越学徒（笑）。
今回、タイムトラベルの寸暇を得てはじめて見た碑文。
ほえ〜であります。
ちょっと前までブログでは旧石器時代の列島人について探究していた。
なので、こういう記述に出会うとその奇遇に驚かされる。
大学時代にはいろいろな大学の演劇研と交流してあちこち放浪していたので
こういう邂逅はまことに驚かされます。

〜シブヤの古代人が暮らしていた場所は今の一等地
河川の下刻作用がもたらした文化や暮らしが、現代の礎に〜。
國學院大學が位置する渋谷区東は“東渋谷台地”と呼ばれる高台。大学の隣の
氷川神社に行くとよく分かるが、相当な高低差を体感することができる。
坂を下ると明治通りに沿うかたちで渋谷川が流れている。縄文時代は
狩猟、漁撈、採集など川沿いの高台は食料獲得場所として好立地だった。
武蔵野と聞くと国分寺の方をイメージする方も多いが、実はこの場所は
“武蔵野台地”の東の端で“山の手”と呼ばれる中心地。スクランブル交差点付近は
かつては川が流れるだけの低湿地帯なので食料確保か水上を移動する以外には
行く目的がない。近代以前は氷川神社境内のような風景がこの辺一帯に広がって、
温暖で海面が高かった縄文時代前期は、海も近く利便性に長けた地域だった。
縄文人は一等地としてここを選択した。・・・

現代の我々は首都としてこの土地を訪れるのだけれど、
はるかな時間の中ではこのような土地認識が優越すべきなのでしょうね。
東京が江戸として都市開発されてから約450年ほど。
家康は関東に入部するとき根拠地として秀吉から強く江戸を勧められたとされる。
はからずも縄文人たちの土地選択と通底するような選択眼が
秀吉にはあったのかと思えるけれど、そうではなく
かれは大阪と同様の海運利便性として江戸湾を見出して
「ま、大阪よりは発展可能性は小さいだろう・・・」という安心感で
この程度の親切心はと思って勧めたのだろうと思う。
はるかな時間を経て、北海道人としてもこういう視点は
まことに興味を深くさせられるものです。

昨日ようやく出張から札幌まで帰還。
１週間を超える出張で東京主体の出張だと感覚の標準モノサシが変わる。
わたしは大学・社会人初期に８年超の東京在住・都心勤続経験があり、
その後も出張での往復経験があるので、
日常感はスイッチのON-OFFみたいな感覚であり続けている。
イマドキの「２地域居住」という人間行動選択肢を身を以て感じているのでしょう。
大学が渋谷にあったので周辺地域の空気感に慣れもあるのですが
最近は恵比寿から広尾方面、日本画の美術館「山種美術館」が
定期参観ポイント化しているのですぐ近接する校舎建築は変わっても
大学キャンパスには足が自然に向いて「学食」で若い人たちの様子に触れるのが
自分確認のひとつの通過習慣化しています（笑）。
そういった習慣を持ち続けているのはありがたいことだと思っています。
一種の東京での句読点的なホーム感なのでしょうか。
山種美術館での日本画鑑賞が最大の娯楽を提供してくれている・・・。
小学１年生の時に描いた絵が、あるコンクールで受賞経験があり
今回も参観しながら、映像ビジュアルと自分の生き方の関連に思いが至って
しばし、内省的な時間を過ごさせていただいた。

おっと、本日のテーマとはかなり乖離のあるイントロ（笑）。
図は朝日新聞の「発行部数減少率」と読売の同数字との比較図。
結果として、朝日新聞は400万部を割り込み10年で部数半減の事実です。
見ていると特異年2015年には例の福島原発「吉田調書」報道のウソで
社長が引責辞任した事件がその前年にあったのですが、
それに反発した読者が大量に離反したけれど、
その後も一貫して減少は加速してきている。
直近2022年の発表ではついに２ケタの大台を軽くクリアしている。
一方で新聞社同業の読売新聞の減少率はそこまでではない。
とくにこの１年での減少率では読売の３倍近くになった。
2015年の減少には前述の因果関係が特定できるだろうけれど、
その年の読売の減少率もほぼ半分程度はあったので、
2022年の読売4.2:朝日11.6という減少率の乖離には
しっかりとした分析が必要だろうと思われますね。
たしかに新聞の紙の商品の減衰は世界共通ではあるけれど、
世界のメディアはバラツキはありつつも
成功してきている媒体はみなWEBの稼ぎ領域を伸ばしている。
わたしどものような雑誌メディアもWEB領域が急伸してきている現実。
基本的にWEB比率を50%以上にするというのが世界のメディア企業の目標。
朝日新聞はその新規領域でも非常にキビシイとされています。
このままの加速度が維持されると今後５年程度でショッキングな事態もあり得る。
まぁ新聞メディアとして政府側から用地取得への便宜提供を受けた
都心一等地の不動産資産が安定収益源であるので
企業としては安定しているのかも知れませんが、
しかしそうであれば本業の人員はほぼ必要がなくなる。・・・
いよいよ正念場という状況なのではと危惧しております。

昨日も引き続き「Replan住まいナビ」情報拡散のために営為PR活動。
なんですが、中日ということからか、客足はやや鈍化。
一昨日は初参加にもかかわらず、猫の手も借りたかったのですが、
他のブースや講演会などに聴講参加もできる状態でした。

ということでしたが、ややゆとりがあったことで
普段なら時間をかけてアポしなければならないような人と遭遇できる。
集団討論会的なイベント講師参加のリクルートの池本洋一さんと再会。
新建ハウジングのイベント会場でなんと一番前の席で聴講できた。
・・・まぁ、それくらい人出が少なめであった証明。
池本さんとは、もうかれこれ7−8年前以来。
氏は最近はいろいろなテレビメディアなどに住宅コメンテーターとして
出演されるようになっていますが、わたしが初めてお目に掛かったのは
まだそういう露出はまったくされていなかった頃。
ただFacebookのアカウントは開かれていて、
「そういうことなら」ということで友だちになった経緯。
わたし的には業界の巨人企業リクルートさんの動向を聞かせて頂きたく
当時東京駅八重洲口すぐ隣の高層オフィスの懐深く飛び込んだ。
「三木さんは商売敵だから（笑）」みたいなジャブを浴びつつ
めげずに深層的な対話を隔意なくさせていただいて嬉しかったものです。
その後、あの緑のスーモキャラと同色の服を心がけるほどに
広告塔的な役割もこなされながら活躍されていることをはるかに側聞。
そのあたりの動機・経緯なども目を合わせ話すと伝わってくるものがある。
会場で若干会話した後、弊社の「Replan住まいナビ」ブースにも立ち寄って頂けた。
この新事業についてもオープンな姿勢で対話できました。
今後とも情報を交換したいと申し入れたところこころよく対応姿勢を示された。
隔意ないその対応に深く感謝いたします。

その後の講演会場では一地方メディアとしての弊誌Replanに
連載記事をもう10年近く執筆頂いている東大准教授の前真之先生と久々遭遇。
新建ハウジング・YKKさんと協働される「性能向上リノベ」の討論会。
広報資料的にまとめられた内容ではなくそのコンセプトの核心について、
討論対話のなかから浮かび上がってくるものがわかる。
「性能向上リノベ」の現在地点の状況と、そのさきがけになっている
東京・西東京市の有力ビルダー、岡庭建設の池田氏とも知遇を得られました。
前真之先生には事前に「Replan住まいナビ」の経緯もお知らせしているので
「ブースに行きます」という言葉も頂きました。
今回の新事業については北海道大学工学部のAI研究のみなさんと
同じ北海道大学工学部の室内環境系の森太郎先生が深く関与していただいたので
新住協の鎌田紀彦先生からも深い興味を示されたように
前先生にもご意見を伺わせていただきたいと願っていたところ。
先生は本日も講演会参加予定なのでその前後の時間から
こういった「交流」をはじめたいと思います。
・・・ということで大変大きな「ひと儲け」ができました。感謝。

Reunion, Encounter, and Information Exchange in Japan Home Show

本日26日から28日までの３日間、ジャパンホームショー出展。
昨日仙台で２件の要件を済ませた後、
午後から東京に移動して１件のアポを処理して前泊であります。
既報のようにきのう朝、突然iPhoneの画面がブラックアウトしていたのですが、
その後、カミさんと連携して対応策を練って仙台駅前のレスキューショップに。
で、診てもらったところすぐに回復して機能復元（！）。
「あんまり診断とかしてもいない・・・」ということでしたが、
どうやら前日宿泊のホテルで提供の延長コンセントケーブルが
どうも「電気的軽症ショック」を与えていたようで、
診断に入る前にちょっと操作したらすぐに機能復元したのだと言うこと。
「なので、料金はいりません（笑）」という親切な対応。
トラブルの専門家にしてみるとまことに軽微なショックだったそうです。
こういう経験がはじめての素人でしたので、驚いたのですがひと安心。
ただ、本日もホテル環境。用心で充電ケーブルと電源コネクタを新規購入し変更。
慎重に取り扱うことでいまのところ、平和が維持されています。
出張時トラブル対応力、まことに試されているようです。

ということで、本日から３日間、ほぼ缶詰めで東京ビッグサイトに。
一昨日には仙台の新住協本部に鎌田紀彦先生を訪問して
北方型住宅ZEROについてのご意見ヒアリングと並行して
今回出展の「Replan住まいナビ」についてのご意見を承りました。
「断熱気密が自分の専門領域ではあるけれど、ユーザーの家づくり支援では
こういった志向性は面白いし有意義。今後このAIを基礎に活用して
協働していける部分が大いに考えられるね」というありがたいご指摘。
具体的なサジェストもいただいたので、その方向を目指したいと思っています。
さらにこのブログでご紹介してから多くのみなさんから会場へ来訪の返答。
基本骨格が固まった段階ですが、しかし今後の「ブラッシュアップ」では
全国のビルダーのみなさんや研究者のご協力や意見反映が欠かせません。
せっかくの国費助成での事業再構築なので、
少しでもユーザーの家づくり利便性向上、機能発展への業界からのご助力を受けて
よりパブリックな「プラットフォーム」にしていきたいと考えています。
今回の公開、情報拡散がこのような方向になるきっかけになれば幸いです。

しかし「会場案内図」が主催の日本能率協会から発出されたのはようやく一昨日。
たいへん多くの出展なので会場で「迷子」の可能性もある（笑）。
案内図をネジリ鉢巻きで凝視してようやく当方のブース位置確認できたところ。
図のように「東４会場」で日本建材・住宅設備産業協会の向かい側で
アイリスオーヤマさんのブースの斜め向かい側のカド位置。
比較的わかりやすいブース位置かと喜んでおりますが、ぜひご来場のみなさん、
