\nI myself have “Muro-Muro” as a production facility for the food manufacturing industry that my parents started.

\nSomehow I continued to feel a sense of intimacy.
\nWithout noticing it at all, it was decided to build a new house as a dual-purpose house
\nWhen the completion ceremony was held by selecting the insulation method outside the concrete block

\nSo, as I kept looking at the walls of the block, I was reminded of the architecture that my parents had built.

There is a history of that, but Shikoku Village in Yashima, which preserves the living space of Shikoku,

\nIt is full of stone sculptures and paving stones by sculptor and landscape architect Masayuki Nagare.
\nAji stone is known as a popular stone material for graves,

\nAs for the work of Masayuki Nagare in Shikoku Village, “Some ga Taki” in the top photo is a white eye.
\nThis uses abundant stones that were used as the foundation of private houses in the Meiji and Taisho eras.
\nThe cornerstones that supported the sound of the flowing waterfall and the lives of many people at their feet
\nIt makes me feel a harmony similar to music.
\nThe third photo shows the granite paving stones cut out from the quarry in Aji.
\nThe beauty of granite, which is dynamic and shows various expressions, is shining.
\nMasayuki Nagare died in 2018, but when he didn’t know the name very much
\nWhen he came to Sapporo, he suddenly went to an architect group meeting

\nI saw a lot of the sculptures in Shikoku Village, and when I saw them under my feet, I was strongly impressed.
\nWestern countries have always been a stone housing culture, but Japan is basically a wooden housing culture.
